Co-living player Bespoke Habitat raises $1 mil for expansion

The start-up, which launched in 2019, offers co-living options in Tiong Bahru, Queenstown, Tanah Merah, and Jurong West.

"During the pandemic, the short-term rental market exploded, making co-living an appealing option to live." According to Ernee Ong, co-founder of Bespoke Habitat, "a sector of working professionals who have embraced a hybrid work style will want to remain in co-living spaces rather than apartments or hotels to meet with like-minded people."

"Bespoke Habitat was founded with this idea in mind: to create a high-quality, fully functional space for people to live, work, and play in Singapore's most accessible and convenient locations," he says.

"Our goal is to use technology to create living spaces that support the lifestyle of the young and single-demographic household, from Singaporeans to expatriates, while also providing a high level of comfort and convenience," says Ong.

The startup aspires to be a full-service provider of end-to-end solutions, offering everything from logistics to cleaning to in-house repair and moving-out services.
